An assisted installation, demonstrating our CM520 Lifter.

We were happy to attend site and assist our customer Darren and his team from Pro Installations with a 6.5m cross bar to wall mounted gutter brackets to span a large area of glass but secure a middle fixing for a heavy awning. The gutter version of the wall mounted frame enables you to achieve sufficient mounting height for the awning to ensure a recommended 14° pitch to protect the fabric cover from showers.      

We took out a CM520 lifter, to demonstrate it’s awesome capability in getting the awning into the right position and keeping the installers safe while they are on the ladders. The CM520 will bring the awning up to mounting height with a hand-held control while you are on your ladder. If positioned correctly close to the building, you only need the tiniest movement from the lifting platform to the bracket clamps on the cross bar or brackets. GONE are the days of installers precariously balancing 80kgs plus on their arms whilst going up two ladders. Your installation team needs and deserves one of our lifters and your insurer will thank you!
